Dev Watercooler – Itemization in 6.2

Some interesting changes here regarding personal loot and secondary stats but this bit is what *really* piqued my interest:

“we are structuring Hellfire Citadel so that the Item Level of the loot awarded by bosses increases as players proceed deeper into the zone, culminating in Archimonde—providing both the ultimate challenge and the ultimate reward.”

So – progression rewards stronger loot – bigger incentives for getting those clears asap.

Is everybody ready to push hard in 6.2? I know I am – bring it on.

  1. A change long time coming it rewards progress much more than currently - also be interesting to see how the change to secondary stat weights on gear will work as for once blizz got stat attunements correct this xpac
