Dungeons and Raids

Mark your calendar for the following dates:

• Tuesday, September 20–The Emerald Nightmare Raid dungeon opens on Normal and Heroic difficulties. Mythic Keystones will begin dropping which will allow increased challenge and rewards from Mythic dungeons.
• Tuesday, September 27–Mythic difficulty for the Emerald Nightmare Raid dungeon opens. The first wing of Raid Finder difficulty for Emerald Nightmare opens.
• Tuesday, October 11–Raid Finder Wing 2 of Emerald Nightmare opens.
• Tuesday, October 25–Raid Finder Wing 3 of Emerald Nightmare opens.

With raid instances not yet available we’ll be focusing on gear farming from dungeons in the meantime so we can hit the first raid in the best shape possible.

Thursday is the new Raid Night!

We’d like to focus our efforts – rather than get a few different people on a few different nights and everyone feel frustrated - let’s try to all be on for one night a week and make it a damn good one.

It’s a long time until Legion and we’re still a guild which prides itself on our social element which we very much want to thrive even if the content is letting us down a little.

Given that enthusiasm is generally low at present we’ve decided to open up raiding to Alts during runs where we’re pugging in. Our focus is still to recruit in and restore Mains raiding but if we’re bringing in pugs it seems fair to let Guild members bring their alts providing it is not to the detriment of the group.

This means:

• Suitably geared – iLevel 700 minimum. Newly-dinged 650 blues are unacceptable.
• Know your class, role and responsibilities – it’s no fun for anyone if we wipe because 1 player stuffs it up. Pugs can be notoriously grumpy and it just makes things difficult in general.
• Personal loot is likely but in the event of Master Looter – Mains get first dibs.

Enjin Guild Site

Some of you *may* notice the guild site looking a bit slimmer on features.

In the face of mounting hosting costs and the obvious success of the Facebook page I’ve trimmed back the site on Enjin to allow free hosting to show progress, membership, officers etc and most importantly allow people to apply to the guild using Enjin’s (admittedly excellent) application form and workflow.
